1. Shipping

 Www.bebekidis.gr brings your order through ELTA Courier.Fees are set till 2 kg as follows: 

• Xanthi: 2,40€ (VAT 24% included / for any extra kg the cost is 0,80€)

• Land destinations: 4,50€ (VAT 24% included / for any extra kg the cost is 0,80€)

• Island destinations: 4,50€ (VAT 24% included/ for any extra kg the cost isι 0,80€ )

• Remote areas: 5,00€ (VAT 24% included/ for any extra kg the cost is 0,80€ )

• Cash on Delivery has an extra cost of 2,00€ (VAT 24% included).

2. Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations

Withdrawal / Return

• You have the right to return products within 14 calendar days without any obligation to provide a reason. The cost of return shipping is on the customer, unless the return is due to an error from the part of the company.

Replacement /Change

• There is option of replacement of the defective products.The customer can return the product via courier or change it to our physical store with no extra cost.If it is the company’s mistake,we cover all costs.

Return Conditions

• Products must be returned in their original packaging, with the receipt, undamaged, within 14 days.

Right to Cancel an Order

• The order can be cancelled before it is completed or by contacting the company, provided it has not yet been processed.

Quality control & Defective Products

• All returned products are subject to quality inspection. In the case of a defective product, the consumer’s legal rights apply
